hello! A G2A oldalon vásároltam egy xbox game pass ultimate előfizetést. az előfizetés lejárt, de még aktivnak jelöli a microsoft oldala. Vettem egy ujabb előfizetést egy harmadik féltől és nem tudtam aktiválni, mert az előző még aktiv. Hogy tudom lemondani,a microsoft oldal ide irányit a BT/EE oldalra.

és amit irnak, hogy lépjek be az EE oldalára és ott mit keressek,azok közül semmit nem találok meg.

@Laci47 : You can't with EE. You're not their customer. You bought off-net something belonging to an EE user. I think that's considered receiving stolen goods. You can only take it up with the seller.

Ha "lopott" is az áru, amit rendes bejegyzett oldalon vettem és átirányit az EE oldalára akkor nektek kéne csinálni valamit nem? Én mikor megvettem nem tudtam hogy ide tartozik, eztért kérem a Ti segítségeteket az ügyben.

Úgy látom nem én vagyok az első és egyetlen felhasználó aki ezzel a problémával találkozik!
