To activate your Game Pass Ultimate, visit ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the number you have added the Xbox to and you should be able to activate it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the Gamecard, if it has been more than 2 working days and you have not received a text from us with the details, try texting EE GAMECARD to 150 from the number the Xbox was added to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that does not work give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can send a form off for you to our product support team to get your Gamecard information sent out to you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
