&lt;P&gt;Everything that you've mentioned, apart from not being able to log in, seems to indicate that it's active.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be worth having a chat with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer care team&lt;/A&gt;, just to double check everything.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Xbox game pass not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It shows in both my Xbox subscriptions saved EE add ons that the game pass is active. Yet it is not working and I get a message asking her to subscribe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Based on what you've mentioned here, it sounds like everything is active as it should be with this subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you try logging into the Game Pass app and select your profile in the bottom right hand corner, does it show 'Ultimate' along with a renewal / expiration date?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I said. I cannot log into game pass as the system assumes I don't have a subscription yet if I check subscriptions it says Game Pass Ultimate, Status:active,&amp;nbsp; Purchased from BT/EE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe. I think this is a common issue with EE for some reason. The history of the complaints in the community suggests EE is indifferent to the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
