Have you managed to activate this with your Microsoft account yet, or is this where you're getting stuck?

Hello i tray to restar my Xbox and still noty happened . On my account Xbox show game pass unlimited is active but if I'm want install any game for game pass I show I'm must buy game pass one week ago everything working good now is not working

Cheers @Magic91, I'm not 100% sure what you mean here, and I'm just trying to establish if this is a subscription related issue, or something at Microsoft's end.

When did you activate this with your Microsoft account and how long did it work for before you had this issue?

when I'm active this games pass ultimate. I can play and download game from game pass ultimate not I can't play or download anything I it looks like I don't have it and when I log into my Microsoft Xbox account it shows that it is an active game pass

That definitely looks to be active with your account from what I can see here @Magic91

Can you please describe what exactly happens when you go to download a game?

For example do you get any particular error messages?

I've activated the offer for free xbox game pass unlimited. I downloaded Call Of Duty Mod 3 and benn playing it campaign without issues until recently. When i opened the game and chose to play campaign, i got a notification telling me i needed to buy the game. And told i need to buy the game pass, but i already have the game pass activated.

It does look like it is set up correctly based on the screenshots you provided. Can you check that the Xbox is signed in with the same email account?
