Adding Free Gamepass made very difficult by BT/EE

Hi.

Been trying tirelessly and unsuccessfully to add the Free 6 months Gamepass via the supposedly purpose intended, seamless, smooth and customer friendly Text Message...!!??

Predictably this leads to a constant 'This Service Is Currently Down' message and pushes me to the website. This then leads to endless loops and dead ends with not a sniff at the hard sold and supposedly easy to activate said Gamepass.

Support and direction welcome ASAP.

Are you adding the games pass as part of an inclusive benefit, or a subscription included with a purchase with a console?

It's an inclusive benefit (the 6 months free game pass).

If you have the game pass as in inclusive extra you can check it's in place through the EE app.

Can you visit our Xbox activation page and follow the steps?
