Smart hub issues with xbox

We have x3 xbox in our house. All 3 devices have a different IP address but when I log onto the router manager & time restrict one of them, they all stop working. I've also found when I name them depending who's is who's on there it changes the name of all 3 each time. I want to be able to restrict by youngest sons at his bedtime without having to have them all stop working & vice versa.

Any ideas?

There are no devices listed under Access Control. You need to add them with the '+' in circle.
