Gamepass not working

So when tyring to play games on gamepass it pops up saying you need to join gamepass dispite it showing as active whne i check my memberships and subscriptions, i contacted xbox and they said payment was unable to be taken from ee so my subscription is active but frozen so i dont have access to user it, any ideas?

Is your subscription an Inclusive Extra, or chargeable add-on?

Are your bills up to date, @Geordiestig88?

When you set up your Inclusive Extra, did you receive a text message with a link to enter the email address you use for your Xbox/Microsoft account?

Hi. Iv never missed or had a payment issue. All is up to date. Gamepass worked fine for months but from the start of this month iv had issues. I can't play games on xbox or pc
