Switching from game pass as an extra to gaming bundle add on?

Basically I've changed my plan (it was upgrade time)

My old plan had Xbox game pass ultimate as an extra, now my current plan shows a gaming bundle, how do I switch to the game bundle so my game pass doesn't expire?

Have you purchased an Xbox console via your EE account?

If you haven't it looks like the wrong add-on has been applied to your account and you'll need to speak to the team on 150 to get it fixed.

Is the gaming bundle add on not something you can activate then?

No, the Gaming Bundle add-on is something that should only be added if you've purchased an Xbox console bundle from EE.

The team will get this corrected if you get in touch on 150.
