Is there a time limit the 12 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate must be redeemed by?

Hi,

I just took the 900 Mbps package with 12 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The 14-day period is now over, and I have paid my first bill, which means I can now redeem the free 12 months.

But I am getting one month free of the same game pass which comes with the WD_BLACK C50 1TB Expansion Card, and this must be the first one I activate since it only works on new Xbox accounts. My questions are:

1) Can I first use that free month from Western Digital, and then activate the 12 months from EE in a month's time?

2) Do I need to immediately claim my 12 months from EE to get the full 12 months? Or will it be 12 months from the moment it is activated, meaning in a month’s time?

3) Is there a time limit by which the EE game pass must be redeemed by, or can it be redeemed or activated at any time within the next two years of my contract?
