Hi, i bought an xbox on a 24 month plan. It is supposed to come with a £125 game card and 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate. The store assistant told me that they would be texted to me, however I haven’t received anything. How do i receive them?

I have the same issue. I recently bought the same bundle and can’t seem to find the game pass anywhere. Is there a certain time it takes to receive a text or email for it?

You'll receive a text message with a link to redeem your Game Pass as soon as your 14 day return period ends.
