I Had a game pass code and it expired by the time I got around to redeem it, How can I get a new pass code?

I took up the 12 month free game pass offer as a new customer to EE

I have both. The code was issued 30th April via email and I just never got around to setting it up so the code I have is unclaimed if that makes sense
