Game Pass Deal with Broadband

I took advantage of the 12 months free game pass Ultimate when upgrading my Broadband. I was told by the sales rep it would be a code because I explicitly asked how the Game Pass would be delivered. That was incorrect information. I've found out when I have activated the code that EE do some odd 'take-over of my subscription from Microsoft.

My Microsoft account will only state that subscription is from EE rather than the next renewal date it used to show. My EE account says I'm due to pay EE for Game Pass at the end of my free 12 months from EE.

What's happened to the six months i had pre-paid on my Game Pass account before activating the EE offer? Have you caused me to lose six months of a subscription I had already paid for?

I would suggest contacting Microsoft to see if the previous 6 months you had pre-paid on your account will be available after the EE add-on has expired.

Hi. Microsoft have confirmed that the remaining months will remain when they retake over control of the subscription.
