I'm having problems playing games online like call of duty with my xbox.

I think it's a port forwarding issue, and I'm not sure how to resolve.

Are you running a server on the xBox? Has Call of Duty told you which incoming ports to open?

No it hasn't I do not know what ports I should open up however I am also facing issues on my playstation

My NAT is to moderate and my UPNP is not connecting.

I having problems with Call of Duty and connecting to certain online games.
