I know you can buy things Using your EE Number to buy things on the Xbox. Do you have a Spend Cap on your Pay Monthly account? If set to £0 you can't use your EE Account to buy things.

Text UNBAR to 150 to remove the Spend cap. If that doesn't work then you will need to Call EE on 150 to set up your Spend Cap.

The max you can charge your EE bill per transaction is £40 and monthly is £240.
