How to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, I never owned or ask for BT/EE

Hello, first I'm not from UK. I bought a cheap code for a month of Game Pass Ultimate on a third party website and now the subscription not only recurring but not with Microsoft anymore but BT/EE, which I NEVER heard about before. It looks like a huge scam and want this CANCELED right away. I'm not the only one and Microsoft redirect us here or on BT website. I had to create an account on here and also on BT just to look on the subscription page to see there are NO gamepass subscription activated. I can't call UK phone number and Contact Us don't have any email address !!

I never asked for a recurring GP sub, I have no clue what's BT/EE and simply want the control of my money again. Please help

Thanks for coming here.

Only the account holder will be able to manage this subscription via their BT/EE account.

I'd recommend contacting the retailer you purchased the subscription from for support.

My xbox ultimate game pass account got somehow on ee/bt subscription without my conceal. I can't register to bt services to cancel this sitiuation.
I am not even from the uk. Complained to the microsoft team and am going to proceed with legal obligations through my lawier. I don't know what is wrong with ee nor bt to do something as stupid as to steal microsoft accounts, but as far as i know, the eu goverment will investigate the heck out of this behaviour. As far as for me, i want my account and everything bound to it, to be removed from bt/ee as soon as possible. It was never ment to leave microsoft. Waiting for your fast response about how to cancel this wrongdoing.

Same Problem here.

Don't have any contact to get in touch with. Just want any sub or so removed from my account. I am a microsoft customer. Have nothing to do with ee/bt. Suddenly, can't cancel my subscription with Microsoft. Getting redirected to this site and the bt one. If this does not go away, i will surely let my lawier do the rest...

@Roumenovemil So your saying you purchased an offer that was cheaper than what it should have been. No lawyer or the EU will investigate this as you purchased something that wasn’t intended for you. It’s an offer for BT/EE customer that you manage to get hold of by a scam seller.
