12 Month Gamepass With EE, error message

As part of my bundle I’ve got a 12 month game pass ultimate to use. It’s there in the add ons to activate. When I click on it and tick the terms and conditions once I press ok I am met with an error message to try again later. I’ve tried it on different devices, different web engines and still nothing. I rang up to report the issue was told it’s probably just a minor glitch and to try tomorrow and they will give me a call back to see if it was resolved… shock horror it didn’t work and they never rang back. Great customer service, I just need a simple code it shouldn’t be this difficult.
