Is this xbox pass just another ee con ? plus your it team who runs the app and website need sacked .always down or is it ?

@Upehroad The app isn’t down at all. Accounts can go offline for maintenance but this is done when there is going to be less disruption to customers ie very late at night very early morning.

if you cannot access your online account or the EE app call customer services and request that they reset your online account.
