Xbox Strict Nat Type

Hope someone can help. We've recently switched to EE and the kids are constantly complaining about their games lagging. We regularly reset the router, constantly test Nat type and it says Open, then as soon as they play, it goes to Moderate or Strict. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you connected to fixed line broadband or a mobile router?

Ring them, They'll deny any problems but will fix it. I wouldn't be surprised if downloads speed were slo as well...

We have Full Fibre 300

Ten you should get at least 280 easily. Ive had same issue and was getting around 200 on 900 mbps. After sorting this out I am getting 800Mbps..
