Unable to add free for 12 months gaming pass to account

I recently changed from BT to EE over the past couple of days. I can see that I can add the Xbox Gaming pass free for 12 months but after ticking the terms and conditions and pressing continue it produces an error saying "We had a problem loading this info, please try again in a while". Been like this since last Thursday
