How to redeem Xbox Game Pass - We've had a problem loading this info

Hi all,

I'm having issues adding the free 12 month game pass to my account, every time I accept the T+C's it gives me an error. Tried multiple devices and also amending the link as mentioned in a previous post but nothing is working. How can I get this added to my account?
