Issues with NAT type D on Switch from EE Router

Since I am using EE 5G smart router, my NAT type on switch has been stuck at D.

I have tried port forwarding and setting static IPs to no avail, it has never shifted off of D. This has meant that I cannot play FC 2024 online.

How do I change this? I need to find some way to change the NAT type to at least a B, if possible.
