xko order number???

Ordered a PS5 and got an email saying order is on its way. I have an xko order number but there is no where on the EE app I can track this? Do the PS5s usually ship next day? and because I got the email saying order is on its way can I assume my order has been successful?

There are loads of posts on here re "xko" order ref numbers and noone can ever track them. Would it not be wise EE to sort this out and give proper order numbers that can be tracked? - Just a thought??

Did you get any other emails with a tracking number? The tracking number is usually different to the order number.
