I'm having the same problem and message also. I switched broadband from BT to EE approx 2 weeks ago and should be able to add 12 months Ultimate Gaming Pass.

Yes, same problem here. I've tried with mobile and wifi data and from multiple devices.

A bit cheeky to offer this as a bonus and then make it impossible to use!
