Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Linked to EE/BT with free membership!!?

Hello,

I live in Iraq and I bought a 1 Xbox Gamepass Ultimate on October 2023 which I bought on G2A. On November I left Iraq and went to another country to finish my studies.

When I came back a couple of days ago I checked my Xbox and it seems the subscription changed from expiring to nothing, and till now my account has ultimate and working and it says purchased from BT/EE which I search and I found this website.
I dont understant!! What should I do, I can not even cancel it!

Hi @Shofash

You were sold a EE account users access. They have clearly cancelled their membership. You need to contract the seller you purchased the ID from not EE as you shouldn't have had this service.

The Seller that I bought it from on G2A his account is now empty and does not respond, what is next?

As I said this is nothing to do with EE and you'll need to go via G2A complaints process.
