Hello. I was gifted an Xbox Game Pass 1 month non stackable key that i redeemed on 24.12.2023.. I'd like to turn off cyclical billing, but i'm unable to do this by myself. Apparently this key is connected to someone's EE/BT account. Please help me resolve this issue. I've already contacted Microsoft support, and they led me here.

You can't turn off monthly billing as it's not your bill but some EE/BT user's.

Is there a way to disconnect that EE/BT account from my Microsoft account then?

Hi @MacDom,

The subscription can only be managed by the EE/BT account holder who is paying for the subscription.
