&lt;P&gt;I am sorry we are unable to provide support if you you have purchased a subscription that is being billed to someone's EE/BT account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to contact the seller and open a complaint if this is not sorted for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
