Add to plan - Edge PS5 Controller

Hey. Does anyone know why EE wont let me add the PS5 Edge controller to my add to plan? I can add TVs etc which are worth more in terms of value. I can have more items as not at my limit, but for some reason they pick and choose what they let you add to plan? Is this because they want to get rid of old stock so they put items on add to plan?

Frustrating so may take my business elsewhere if I have to pay the full amount up front.

On my account it says I have 3 out of 5 accessories.....

I have the normal PS5 controller showing amongst many other items, but when I search for the Edge Controller it is trying to force me to pay all upfront. It is not becuase it is too expensive as I can add TVs etc to my add to plan and laptops but not this?

Thanks Katie. I can see the item but when I log in the option for monthly payments disappears.
It can seem that I am not eligible but I can purchase other items that are worth considerably more,

Thanks Katie and yes I can see the item using the link you kindly given. However, when I log in the item no longer appears in monthly payments.
it is strange as I can see other monthly items some greater values as well.

I've checked our stock levels and it looks like this product isn't available on add to plan at the moment.

Ahh thanks Chris I wasn’t aware that the add to plan is dictated by stock levels. So I assume you have low stock of this product? Nevermind will purchase elsewhere.

So when an item has low stock levels you stop offering the item on an add to plan?

If accessories and devices are out of stock and not available to add to plan this would not show available to order.

Thanks Leanne. The item must be in stock because you can purchase it using one off payment? One of your colleagues suggested that stock levels dictate as and when items are offered on a pay monthly. I just wondered when this was ? Is it when you have low stock? Etc?

I've had a look into this and the stock should have been showing for add to plan. I've fed this back to the add to plan team, and they said they're looking into fixing it.

Could you give it a try again for me please?
