Call of duty MW3 bundle

I bought the bundle a few weeks ago now & when it arrived it looked like it had already been opened, this was supposed to include the game & 4x £50 ps store vouchers, has anyone else bought this bundle & were the game & vouchers included inside the box?

"A few weeks ago" when did it arrive.

The download codes will be in the box on leaflets as you'll need to set up a PSN account.

9th December it arrived, there was nothing in the box other than the console & controller, spoke to several people through customer services who keep telling me different things

Understandable after this length of time you might not get much from EE but you need to speak to them on 150 again and raise it as a complaint. You definitely checked all the documents in the box.
