      <description>&lt;PRE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, I bought an xbox game pass code from G2a, after activating the code, I wanted to stop the automatic payment, but it was not possible to do so, because it is suddenly tied to bt/ee. Even though I have nothing to do with bt/ee. I contacted xbox support and g2a support, no one can do anything without you. Is it possible to cancel the subscription so that everything goes back to how it was before, that my subscription is not tied to bt/ee? As far as I understand, many people have been affected by this problem recently&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you have purchased a subscription that is being billed to someone's EE/BT account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only the EE/BT account holder will be able to manage the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you've purchased a subscription that is being billed via someone's EE/BT account, it is the EE/BT account holder that would continue to be billed until they cancel the subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
