I bought a game pass key on the G2A website, which I have already activated for almost a month. I wanted to cancel automatic renewal and found out that gamepass is tied to this page and I have no way to manage or cancel it because I didn't even have an account here. I would definitely like to cancel it or at least get the ability to manage it

please help me , thank you

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

It sounds like the subscription you purchased is billed via someone's EE mobile account. Only the account holder will be able to manage the subscription.

I'd recommend raising a complaint with the retailer you purchased the subscription from.
