I ordered the ps5 bundle and I got an email saying that they had difficulty processing it because it went through PayPal. I have updated this and yet I have had no indication on what is going on. Can I have some help on this please

PlayStation account . I order one and it’s got my watch number on there so I’m not receiving any updates on delivery as well as the 4 digit code
