Xbox series x issues wif new 4g wifi /teredo dns not resolving xbox server

Hi just today i got a new 4g wifi with unlimited full speeds setup went smoothly with my phone and only my phone.While I can connect my xbox to the device I cannot use any online multiplayer service and I am getting a range of error messages pop up have restarted both 4g wifi and xbox multiple time to no avail. Have searched up solutions online and found nothing that is working.

Current error messages:

Nat type unavailable, teredo connection unsuccessful, dns unsuccessful, Ipv6 showing intermittently and some other things at a bit of a loss here don't want to be paying extra for a device that doesn't work.

Have you spoken to our technical support team about this? Have you tried restarting the router?
