By default, content lock will be on, which restricts access to 18+ content.

To see if you have content lock applied, call 1818 and choose option 2.

You can change your content lock settings by calling the same number and option, or in your My EE account online if you have one.

You can remove content lock in various ways:

Online using a credit card
In your My EE account, if you have one
In-store with Photo ID
By calling 150 with a credit card
