Hello I activated the Xbox game pass code on my Microsoft account and got an email with the code to activate my EE account, while this code expired after 20 minutes, what should I do in this situation? I can't assign my Microsoft subscription to my EE account and I Currently cannot manage my subscription.

hi, I got you use of a inclusive extra and the gamer pass is active but haven't been sent a code that Microsoft are asking for? please help as seems I am paying for a contact that I can't use the benefits. iv spoken to chat online but they seem to no be helpful

hi can I ask how you got the code to input into Microsoft? mine is active on my ee account but can't seem to get a code to put into the Microsoft

hi I am in the same situation, I have used the link in your comment but when I get through it is asking for a code on the Microsoft that it sends us to but I haven't had a code??? cs don't seem to have a clue as to what I'm going on about

Can you try using mobile data? Once you log in or create a Microsoft account following activating on the EE site you should get the 25 digit code.

Hi yes I do but says needs activating but when I try to activate it asks for. 25 character code that I haven’t received

Hi log on into the ee click activate takes me to Microsoft so I sign into my Xbox account (not same email as ee) then it asks me for a 25 character code (which I don’t have) and haven’t been sent one

This should auto populate for you once you have signed in @kirst200

Can you try another browser and make sure you don't have pop ups blocked just in case 🙂
