Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

I'm unable to pay monthly for a ps5 and I've been a customer for 10+ years.

@Jrlewis94 You need to be within the first 17 months of your device contract to purchase from the accessory store. The amount of time you’ve been a customer of EEs for is irrelevant.
