Can't link my ee phone number to my PlayStation accountit was linked to one of my accounts which I removed but it won't let me add it to any off them

It tells me it's sending a code but I don't receive any codes to the
phone number

Yh I've even checked all settings and restarted phone

Sony not reaching EE network in the UK as they may still use default sender ID from AWS SNS which is 'Notify'. This is a blocked word on the EE network as far as I can tell.
