Are you currently a pay monthly customer looking to purchase PlayStation through EE?

@Joshuav2003 purchase from the EE accessory store. You have to be a contract customer of EE as the monthly payment for this is added to your contract bill each month. If you’re not an EE customer you can not purchase from the accessory store as this store is a perk of being an EE contract customer .
