Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

@Simonj123 You can only purchase this if you’re a contract customer of EE as you pay for the item each month when you are billed for your contract. This store is an exclusive perk of being an EE contract customer.
