&lt;P&gt;They'll be able to access your account and see what the current status of your order and your payment are.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Purchased a PS5 Console but received an error during checkout</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was in the process of purchasing a PS5 console in the EE online shop. I filled out my details, shipment and bank details, made the payment via card, and once I proceeded, I received an "A Network Change Was Detected" error and was prompted to refresh the page and start the process again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I looked at my bank account and can see the payment has been taken and is now pending, however, EE is asking me to repeat the payment process... I have not received any confirmation details from EE though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone advise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
