Got the PS5 Add on for Christmas and the controller is busted already and it has NOT been dropped. Speaker on controller is crackling and the controls are weird it sometimes doesn’t respond when pressing up buttons and down

how can I get a new one?

@Dominic2836 you can contact Sony and try and claim under the warranty.

How do you know it wasn’t like that when I got it? Did you check it ? I took it out the box downloaded GTA started playing and boom controller speaker is bust.
