Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

Sorry, SIM only plans don't qualify for add to plan. If you upgrade to a phone plan, you'll be able to benefit from add to plan products.

The terms and conditions says it does. Also I am able to buy the ps5 or xbox s just not the ultimate pass package.

Just called and I must say EE have dropped standards in customer service massively.

I am none the wiser as to why I can't purchase this as I have been confirmed to be eligible.

It allows me to go all the way through to purchase a ps5, so the spend cap definitely isn't an issue.

Hi @Powerman22,

It could be because the Xbox Gaming Bundle includes the Game Pass Ultimate add-on. Please can you try increasing your spend cap and let me know if it resolves the issue?

Still same issue. From what I have seen there are others in the community that have had the same issue with no resolution.

They just said they are aware of the issue and to keep checking back to see if its resolved.
