Hi I have purchased the x box series a with the ultimate gaming pass and have not been sent a code I received the x box well over a month ago now?

Did you order an Xbox from EE or is the Game Pass part of your phone plan?

You should receive this between 15-30 days after receiving your order.

If you still don't have a code, can you try visiting www.ee.co.uk/xbox and follow the steps.

Ordered from EE code was meant to be with me within 7 days ordered and received beginning of Nov
