I have ordered a ps5 to be delivered to store. How long will it take and will I get an email to say its ready for collection as I have changed the phone number on my account for the text updates

If you ordered today after 4pm it is unlikely to come before Christmas.

i have recently ordered accessories to my home address while my wife ordered accessories to our local store. My items have all arrived with only 1 slight delay out of 4, my wife’s still hasn’t arrived in store after 11 days.

I hope you have a different experience and get a quick turnaround using in store.

about your change of number, chase it up as the initial number your put on order will be the number connected to the order
