Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

What do you mean? I just ordered one no problem took 2 minutes, as long as you have an EE account and contract you should be able to order one.
