Trying to buy the Nreal air glasses, and I can’t seem to link my re community account, any tips?

@Terrymoore254 to purchase from the add to plan store you need to be a contract customer with EE and be within the first 17 months of that contract as you expected to pay these with your monthly mobile bill.

It’s called the add to plan store for a reason.

if you’re not a EE customer, you can go to any EE store and order these and you will have to purchase them out right, the store will have to order them in for you.

I want to buy them out right, can I go in store?

Im trying to buy them online but it says link your ee community account, how do I link it?

@Terrymoore254 Yes you can go to a store and purchase outright and it wants you to link your EE account not your community account. You can not purchase from the Add to plan store as the name says it’s a “add to plan” store so you have to have an EE account that use for your monthly contract.
