No order number for PS5

I ordered the PS5 as part of the gaming bundle last night, paid the £10 and received an email saying thanks for your order, however, there was no order number on there.

When can I expect the order number to come through and is delivery still 2-3 days from my order?

@JimBryno The order number should be at the top of that “thank you for your order” email.

Nothing there, Chris. Just got a text that says thanks for buying but no order number.

Thanks, do you know which options I select when calling? I've only managed to navigate to cancellations which I don't want to do!

You can call 150, option 1 then option 4 for additional products.
