Activating add on text

I have the Xbox game pass and Amazon prime add on when I look at my add ons in my account. I can't find any information on how to activate them or have the code sent to me again.

Am I just being dumb or is there something I can't find telling me what I have to do?

Hi @Mik16

You usually receive a message with a link to activate when you first set up the add-on.

Try texting XBOX to 150 for the game pass. and try re-adding the Amazon Prime add-on in your My EE account again.
