How to get the most from EE One

EE One is ready when your EE Mobile and EE Broadband are linked under the same EE account. Once they’re linked, your services work together to unlock EE One benefits automatically, there’s nothing extra to buy or sign up for. Make sure you’re fully set up as an EE One customer. If something isn’t linked, you could be missing out.

Log in to the EE app or website
Check that both your mobile and broadband appear under the same login
If not, link them using your EE ID

Use the benefits that come with EE One

Once you’re set up, EE One unlocks benefits designed to make everyday usage simpler and better value.

These include:

unlimited mobile data for eligible customers
money off new or upgraded mobile plans
more flexible plan options, including rolling contracts on eligible plans

Extra tip!

If you’re thinking about upgrading or adding a mobile plan, make sure everything is linked before heading to the app for your savings and rewards. EE One benefits don't apply until that point.
