I am having the same problem not being able to access my EE perks account. Please could you help me as I’ve spoke to 3 different advisors who haven’t been able to help me!! I really want upgrade my two sons contracts/phones. But I’m getting so fustrated by the situation I am considering cancelling 3 contracts and going with sky!
