Hi I am trying to add my FandF code on a normal upgrade with no other discounts for a iPhone 18 pro max with an unlimited plus plan I have tried everything but the code is saying invalid I’ve done all the steps even put in another word then tried it again and still not working this is not a flex pay just a subsidy upgrade how else can this be added

Friends and family discount is not compatible with our Full Works Plus plans.

If you are trying with any other plan and still getting the error, I'd recommend reaching out to the employee who gifted you the code to see if they can either issue you another to try or flag this internally.
